Job description:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in volume and lateral Hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in medical industry recruiting or Health care
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs, Good at Ms. Applications, Good at Excel
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites Like Naukri, LinkedIn
- Working knowledge of any industry hiring can also apply to the role
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with end to end us health care recruitment knowledge will be an added value
- excellent communication skills
- Immediate Joiners are much preferred
Shift Timings: 10 to 7 Pm ( Felixable)
5 days working Shift ( Monday to Friday )
