Sub Dept. : Raw Material (API’s & Excipients)
Experience: 10 to15 Years
Qualification: BA/B.com/B.sc/M.com/M.BA/MA
Location: Baddi

Role and Responsibilities.

Following will be the responsibilities of position holder:

1. Coordination for monthly production planning for timely execution of order.
2. Responsible to release Purchase Order of API’s & Excipients.
3. Arrangement of raw material with working standard sample & Impurity if any require.
4. Coordinating with production manager for daily production planning.
5. Day to day routine coordination with production, raw material store, dispatch QC/QA/Finance/HR.
6. Responsible for floating inquiries, inviting samples & quotations, Negotiation with supplier,
follow ups with supplier & transporters and ensure the uninterrupted supply of material.
7. Acting as a link between store & accounts department and supplier for finally payments/settlement of supplier bill.
8. Responsible for the development of RM vendor & approval.
9. Arranging the Vendor Questionnaire/documents for all existing raw material.
10. Responsible to create Material code & Product master/BOM card in ERP.
11. Follow up with transport
12. Enquiry of raw material from various vendors.
13. Coordinating with CFT on daily basis.
