Post : Antibody Engineering – Scientist

Job Description
• Experience in molecular biology and biochemical skills such as cloning, DNA/RNA/protein/antibody isolation/purification, RT-PCR, Gel electrophoresis and transformation.
• Able to conceptualize and design novel vectors across expression systems including bacterial, yeast, mammalian, gene modification techniques.
• Experience in mass spectrometry for protein/antibody analysis.
• Able to conceptualize, and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results.
• Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database.
• Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment.

Candidate Profile
M.Sc. (Life sciences / Biotechnology / similar discipline) with 8-12 years’ or PhD in (life sciences / similar discipline) with 2-5 years of active research experience.
