*Who We’re Looking For:*
We are searching for driven and experienced graduates/post-graduates in pharmaceutical marketing (PCD and third-party pharma telemarketing preferred) ready to generate business from the ground up. Ideal candidates will have industry contacts to bring on board new clients, with confidence to work independently.

AASP Lifescience Pvt Ltd, Third Floor, Chaudhary Complex, Sector 12A, Panchkula, Haryana

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Work Experience:
1-5 years in PCD/Franchise/Third Party Pharma Tele-Marketing
Telemarketing: 2 years (preferred)
Pharmaceutical Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
– Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and clients via phone.
– Generate new business and expand client base for PCD franchises across India.
– Handle client inquiries, assess needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
– Manage Purchase Orders, coordinate with dispatch, and report to management on market trends.
– Set action plans to achieve targets through efficient client engagement.

Lead Generation:
– Identify potential clients through research, cold calls, and targeted lead-generation strategies.
– Consistently work towards achieving sales targets, converting leads to loyal clients, and supporting business growth.

Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and sustain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
– Address PCD franchise queries, provide quality products and services, and maintain accurate sales records.

Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about new pharmaceutical products and market trends.

Follow-Up & Collaboration:
– Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
– Collaborate with the sales team on strategies and market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.

Skills Required:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong computer skills (Windows, MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Learning attitude with the capability to work independently.
