Job Description:
• Receive and answer all incoming calls/mails/papers reporting complaints or work requests and get all relevant information (take notes) and forward them
appropriately.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Managing Front Office/Reception/ Housekeeping/Security/Courier
services/Vendors
• Maintain the helpdesk work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following all prescribed regulations.
• Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
