Experience – 2 to 8 Years in Granulation/Coating/Compression / Capsule filling / Tablet Printing / Blister & Bulk Packing Education – D. Pharma, B. Pharma Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Electrical, B.Sc, ITI,
Job Role:
• Troubleshooting of Machine, Good Documentation practices, CGMP, Overall in charge of Machine Operation/Maintenance Skill set Required:
Granulation Machine : FBE/FBD/RMG
Compression Machine : Kilian / Fette
Coating Machine : ACG PAM / Gansons Auto Coater
Capsule Filling Machine: ZRO90T/MG2
Packing Machine
: CAM/BQS/ Pharma Pack/CVC/Countec
Associate / Jr. Officer / Officer Engineering (Utility and Service Floor)
Experience – 2 to 8 Years in engineering department – Utility/Service Floor / Process Engineering
• Education – Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Diploma Mechanical Engineering
⚫ Job Role:
• Operation and maintenance of Utility,service floor area equipment’s, facility management.
Skill set Required:
DB’s.
Operation and maintenance of utility equipment’s like- DG sets, Transformer, PCC and MCC panels, Power and Lighting
Operation and maintenance of equipment’s: Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Pretreatment water Systems etc. Preventive maintenance and documentation, Notifications etc. in SAP.
Operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment’s like AHU, Dehumidifiers, DAS/ BMS etc.
Spares management, Recording electrical, water and other utility consumptions, preparing reports, presentation, energy saving initiatives etc.
Preferences/Compulsion:
•Relevant exposure in Pharmaceutical Industries – OSD Formulation with process safety implementation, Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•Candidate should be dedicated and disciplined.
•Must have scored 60% marks/1st class in their highest qualification, If having <05 years of post qualification documented experience. •Fresher’s need not attend the interview.
