PROCESS ENGINEER (SCALE UP) Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Chemical Engineer Experience: 3 To 6 Yrs No. of Position: 5
Profile Brief:• Development of safe-scalable cost-effective processes in the Kilo Lab / Pilot plant. • Support commissioning of processes at the commercial plant, which are developed in the KL/PP.

Trouble shooting existing processes as per business/production requirement.
⚫ Should have worked in KL/PP and scale-up team.
• Should have worked on batch & continuous processes development in KL/PP.
• Should be well versed with Basic Engineering calculations – Utility, solvent recovery – Mass balance & Energy balance.
•
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram & Block Flow Diagram, Layout & Equipment list and other scaleup documents.
