As the Manager, Quality Assurance you will lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals in developing and testing enterprise-grade IT solutions, following best practices and methodologies, enforcing standards, and documenting processes for continuous improvement and will provide software quality expertise to the organization.

How you will create impact:
- Manage and develop a team of testers to effectively identify and define the required tests, monitor detailed testing progress and results in each test cycle, and evaluate the overall quality experienced as a result of testing activities for software applications.
- Leverage experience, domain knowledge and technical expertise to establish quality guidelines such as testing strategies, tools, and frameworks unique to the initiatives to maximize resource utilization to drive outcomes with a focus on metrics.
- Collaborate across the agile teams on QA activities to establish the markers of success in the planning stage and match them with how each metric stands after the actual QA process.
- Participate in budgeting and reporting activities, such as preparing annual unit budget, determining reporting needs for unit, monitoring reports and summarizing activity for more senior management review.
- Contributing towards the development of IT standards, policies, practices, and methodologies, and monitor compliance with corporate policies.
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting, and selecting talent, managing and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

To join our team:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience in test planning and designing test documentation.
- Minimum 5 years as a Quality Assurance Analyst and 3 years managing Analysts.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including any specific designations/certifications for area of expertise.
