4870372 Manager, People Experience (HRBP)
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Location: Mumbai
This role provides HR Support to multiple Commercial business units of Pfizer India with moderate to high complexity, and partner with relevant peers/stakeholders/leaders to manage all employee life cycle related processes and deliver appropriate and relevant HR advise. This is an individual contributor role.
We are looking for highly motivated experienced professionals from Pharma/Insurance/Telecom/ Alco-bev/Banking industry with business partnering experience for commercial function (Sales & Marketing). Management graduates from reputed institutes with good stakeholder managment skills preferred. CoE stint in TA, Compensation & Benefits or L&D is an added advantage.
