Position Summary
1. Responsible for analysis and documentation of Bioassay samples of finished products and stability samples. 
Job Description
2. Maintenance of adherent and suspension cell lines for Bioassay
3. Cryopreservation  of bioassay cell lines
4. Qualification and validation of bioassays
5. Experience on statistical analysis of bioassay data for relative potency determination
6. Experience on ELISA and receptor binding assays 
7. Preparation of standard operating procedures, specification and standard testing procedures.
8. Preparation of data sheets and protocols, reports for method qualifications and validations.
9. Documentation of bioassay data and maintenance of bioassay lab. 
10. Handling experience on multimode plate readers.
11. Preparation of reagents and chemical as per the STP
12. Experience in GMP practices and documentations
13. Preparation and review of certificate of analysis.  

14. Environmental monitoring of clean rooms in QC area.
15. Calibration of instruments and equipment as per the SOP.
16. Protein analysis by SDS-PAGE, ELISA, OD280 methods.
17. Preparation and review of QMS documents.

Technical Skills/Competencies (experience with Bioassay and ELISA Technics etc.)
