Microbiology Analytical Techniques and Speciation: Proficiency in microbiology analytical techniques (including GPT and Vitek) and microorganism speciation.
Method Development and Validation: Experience in developing and validating microbiological methods for raw material, finished product, and environmental monitoring.
Environmental Monitoring and Instrument Qualification: Conducting environmental monitoring and qualifying microbiology instruments in injectable facilities. Preference given to candidates with USFDA exposure. Good communication skills preferred.
Deputy Manager/Manager
M.Sc.-Microbiology/ Bio-Tech
12 to 15 Years
Leadership and guidance: Ability to lead a team of microbiologists, providing day-to-day guidance and troubleshooting support.
⚫ Microbiological expertise: Proficiency in microbiological techniques for testing raw materials, finished products, and environmental monitoring in an injectable plant setting.

Investigation and reporting: Participation in microbiological investigations, preparation of reports, and deriving appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on the findings.
⚫ Compliance and risk assessment: Responsible for GxP assessment, risk analysis, and assessment of CFR
Part 11 compliance. Ensures compliance with IQ/OQ/PQ requirements for instruments and equipment, as well as data integrity compliance.
Project management and communication: Tracks project status to ensure timelines are met, works in compliance with cGMP and GLP requirements, and presents microbiological data to senior management. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
