Job Location : Corporate Office, Hyderabad (WFO)
Key Skills:
- Preparation of documents for Customs clearance and co-ordination with CHA for smooth clearance from Customs {Duty payment import consignments}.
- To visit Customs offices to solve (if any) problems in documents / materials.
- Follow up with CHA for Customs clearance and co-ordination with them to send the goods safely to our warehouse.
- Co-ordination with warehouse people to arrange the documents as per requirement.
- Maintain the registers for import materials as well as prepare the statements in System. Follow up with the suppliers to get the shipping documents & Filing of all import documents.
- Preparation of All CHA Bills & Maintenance the clear statement. Support to DGFT Activities (EPCG-DEEC Redemptions & New EPCG Applications). All Import Licences monitoring day to day clearance.
