To monitor trips of Bowsers/Trucks fitted with GPS system with focus on Turnaround Time to improve asset utilization and serviceability.
Achieving daily dispatch target, keeping pending orders at minimum level to improve service level.
Co-ordination with marketing department to meet market requirement and improve service level.
Maintaining and updating daily MIS for plant logistics, analyzing various reports and extracting important suggestions on daily basis.
Knowledge of entire Plant logistics operations.
To provide Daily dispatch report, mode wise / segment wise /destination wise to the Plant Logistics Head.
