EXPERIENCE – 15 + Yrs. of experience (Not less than 15 years)
QUALIFICATION – Ph.D. / M.Sc.
CTC RANGE – Upto Max. 40 LPA , Not more than that (Depending on current CTC)
JOB DESCRIPTION – Reporting – Functionally – Vice President, Subject Matter Expert (Manufacturing & R & D – Biotech).To carry out literature search, patent search as or when required for the project/s. To plan, execute and finalize project/s. To direct and manage product/s development from beginning to end. To estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve/s goal. To delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel’s within the team. To review the technology transfer documents and product development report. To ensure that the verification results are recorded in lab before transferring to
Pilot/ Production. To assist in three initial validation batches in plant those are taken in R&D supervision. To determine the frequency and content of status report from project team and analyze results and troubleshooting problem area. Responsible for giving objectives and proper utilization of down the line R&D and Inoculum Personnel. To plan and schedule project timeline, milestones using appropriate tools. To determine and assess the need for additional staff and / or consultants and make the appropriate requirements if necessary, during project/s cycle.
