Job Responsibilities:
1. To carry out the specific tasks like MD/MV, study sample analysis according to SOPs and working instructions of various equipment’s and maintain related records.
To comply with the GLP/ guidelines for managing the laboratory including the safety, security and maintenance of the equipment.
2. Ensure cleanliness of laboratory and disposal of Non-bio waste and bio-waste.
3. Preparation of bio-analytical report.
4. Perform literature review and compile all relevant scientific data and discuss with reporting manager prior to developing plan to executive the method development activity.
5. Interact and discuss with peers and seniors on all the technical aspects of MD and MV.
6. Plan and lay a road map for the development and validation activities for the assigned molecules in accordance with the regulatory guidelines.
7. Bioanalytical method development and validation in Biological matrices.
8. Process and analyze biological matrix samples of allotted projects as per SOP.
9. Maintenance, cleaning and operation of LC-MS/MS as per the user manual. Report any and all issues related to functionality of instrument on a daily basis.
10. Run daily QCs/ calibrations and review and report the same to group leader/ manager.
11. Maintain a thorough record, review and track calibration of all Bioanalytical instruments.
12. Ensure GLP compliance and assist the Manager Bioanalytical and group leader in smooth running of the bio-analytical section in conformance to GLP guidelines and SOPs.
13. Monitor and report and all non-compliances by any team member to the Manager/ Head bioanalytical immediately.
14. Perform all other activities assigned by Group Leader as per the duty delegation document.
15. Review of bioanalytical raw data and bioanalytical report.
16. Compile raw data in data sheets and laboratory notebooks.
17. Review and Writing of SOPs.
